![]() I had been diagnosed with POTS along with that first leak, so figured it was that. The pain went away slowly over the next month, then in Seotember/October 2019 I started getting horrible vertigo. Then finally in August, I went to a headache specialist who almost immediately said it was most likely another leak, and I got another blood patch. My neuro actually thought it might be rebound high pressure and had me taking Diamox! (yeah, that was awful). It was excruciating and I could barely even sit up for about 2 months. ![]() Everything was going well until late June 2019, when the headaches came back worse than ever. The leak was seen at T7-T8, and was treated with a targeted blood patch in March 2019. So a bit of background- I was diagnosed with a spontaneous CSF leak in February 2019, after a month long case of pneumonia with a nasty cough.
